This position is responsible for executing the company’s sales strategy by delivering analytical instruments and solutions to customers, achieving annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

This role requires a proactive and strategic sales approach grounded in technical expertise, rather than relationship-based or passive selling. A deep understanding of products and the ability to propose solution-oriented offerings are essential.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research, identify leads, and analyze industry trends to develop potential customers
  • Reach out to key decision-makers through various channels and actively schedule meetings
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions to close deals
  • Analyze competitive landscape and develop differentiated sales strategies
  • Manage payment collection and transaction terms to protect company profitability
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding customers’ business challenges
  • Maintain CRM systems, participate in sales meetings, and adhere to internal sales management processes
  • Collaborate with global headquarters and subsidiaries on technical or project-related matters when required

 

  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • 3–7 years of sales experience in analytical instruments, reactors, BET, catalysts, or powder material-related equipment (XRD excluded)
  • Proven experience in developing new customers and executing technical B2B sales
  • Strong record in achieving annual sales goals or receiving sales performance recognition
  • Fast learner with strong customer analysis and technical comprehension skills
  • Able to travel and write technical sales documents and proposals
  • No restrictions on international travel

 

  • Proficient in Korean, and must be able to write and communicate in English

 

  • Chinese language skills are a plus
