Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, calibration, and customer training for in-house analytical instruments
  • Provide prompt and accurate technical support, including on-site response to customer requests
  • Systematically collect and analyze customer feedback and equipment issues to support product improvements and quality enhancement
  • Maintain strong relationships and high service satisfaction through regular site visits and communication with existing clients
  • Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve issues; coordinate with other departments or global headquarters as needed
  • Provide mentoring or backup support to service team colleagues as necessary
  • Prepare technical manuals, internal documentation, and customer training materials
  • Visit Beijing R&D center and manufacturing site for technical understanding and collaboration
  • Engage in global technical discussions and collaborations with engineers from subsidiaries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or a related field
    ※ Master’s degree or Ph.D. experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical equipment fields such as analytical instruments, reactor systems, or thermal analyzers
  • Strong field experience in equipment installation, maintenance, and technical customer support
  • Proficiency in reading and writing technical documents; basic understanding of mechanical and electronic components
  • Responsible and enthusiastic attitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally; proficiency in English or Chinese for technical documentation and communication is preferred
  • Remote work is possible, but candidates must be available to visit the Seoul office or Beijing R&D factory for training and meetings as needed.
  • No restrictions on international travel

 

  • Proficient in Korean, and must be able to write and communicate in English

 

  • Chinese language skills are a plus
